Since 2020, I’ve been working remotely across time zones — building the discipline, clarity, and communication needed to collaborate effectively with distributed teams. I’m also happy to work on-site in Berlin when it adds value.

I don’t follow processes blindly. I question assumptions, adapt methods, and shape the design process around the problem, the business, and the people involved.

My approach is structured but flexible:
